By using Yala Prime Taxi services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Yala Prime Taxi provides:

• Premium taxi and chauffeur services across Sri Lanka
• Airport transfers and city transportation
• Tour packages and customized travel itineraries
• Corporate transportation solutions
• Wedding and event transportation

Services are subject to availability and may vary based on location and demand.

Booking Process

• All bookings must be made through our website or authorized channels
• You must provide accurate information (name, contact details, pickup/drop-off locations)
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or approval

Payment Terms

• Payment can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or online transfer
• Prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated
• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, or special requests
• Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup
• 50% charge for cancellations within 24 hours
• No refund for no-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of pickup
• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time
• Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
• Not engage in illegal activities during the ride
• Not smoke, consume alcohol, or bring prohibited items in the vehicle
• Supervise children and ensure they are properly secured
• Pay for any damage caused to the vehicle

Our Liability

• We maintain comprehensive insurance for all vehicles
• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
• We are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles
• Maximum liability is limited to the fare paid for the service

Service Availability

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We prioritize safety and expect all users to:

• Wear seatbelts at all times
• Follow driver instructions regarding safety
• Report any safety concerns immediately
• Not distract the driver while the vehicle is in motion

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a ride if safety is compromised or terms are violated.

All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of Yala Prime Taxi and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

• Initial contact with our customer service team
• Mediation if direct resolution fails
• Arbitration under Sri Lankan law as a final resort

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
